Body: There were two key points to my experience with CWC Group. I placed my order easily and received it in a timely fashion. The only problem was the part they sent was not the part I ordered. I immediately called their customer service line and the person that answered the phone IMMEDIATELY helped me. No buttons to push, no having to complain, no transfers, I simply explained what I received and within one minute they graciously apologized for the mistake and shipped me the correct part at no charge, without waiting for me to return the incorrect part. Sure, it would have been nice to get the right part the first time around, but the measure of a merchant lies more in how they handle the mistakes, so based on my experience you should feel confident in shopping with CWC.

Body: Though delivery was good over all, when I realized what a cheap piece of junk I had bought (thus the great price), and wanted to return it, it took several attempts of phone calls and e-mails to finally get someone to talk to me about it. Then they added on a 30% restocking fee and wouldn't refund shipping. That's fairly standard practice, but you would think that they could exercise more flexibility given the terms of their return policy. I probably would have had better luck with the item were I to read Chinese, as the manual come in it and one other language: really bad Engrish. Bottom line: yeah, it may be cheap, but make sure it's worth it before you buy.

The parts I needed were easy to search for and identify through photos of the product on their web site. After purchasing them, CWC Groups sent me a confirmation email which estimated the date that the mail carrier I selected would be receiving the package. The fans actually came a day before I expected them to come and I was able to replace my broken one, thus saving my sanity (believe me, a computer fan with a worn bearing is not fun!).
